You've always had to work really hard for love.

And you've gotten so little back in return.

You show up. You care. You give. You try.

And somewhere along the way, you may have gotten used to being the person doing most of the work required to keep a connection alive.

Maybe you're usually the one...

WHAT YOU'RE DOING

  • You leave Saturday open just in case he wants to see you.
  • You're the one suggesting plans when he hasn't made any.
  • You tell him you're okay keeping things casual, even though you know you want a relationship.
  • When he starts calling less, you find yourself trying harder to keep the connection going.
  • You make excuses for the things he isn't doing because you really want this to work.
  • You're making time for him, rearranging your schedule, and finding ways to see him. Meanwhile, you're still waiting for him to make an actual plan.

And explaining away what you're getting back…

“He's just really busy with work right now.”

“He's been hurt before. He just needs more time.”

“He's not great at texting, but he's different in person.”

“I don't want to pressure him. Maybe I just need to be patient.”

AND WHEN YOU FEEL HIM PULLING AWAY, YOU DON'T NECESSARILY ASK:

“Is this relationship giving me what I want?”

Instead, you start asking...

“How do I keep him liking me?”

  • What changed?
  • Is he losing interest?
  • Am I texting too much?
  • Did I say too much?
  • Did I sleep with him too soon?
  • Did I do something?
  • How do I fix this?
  • Do I seem needy?
  • Is my body attractive enough?
  • What could I do differently to make him want me again?

Somewhere along the way, dating stopped feeling like two people discovering each other.

It started feeling like an audition.

And underneath all of this can be a thought you may barely admit:

“Maybe I'm just not good enough.”

Maybe if...

  • I lost weight.
  • I were more confident.
  • I weren't so emotional.
  • I were easier.

Maybe then someone would stay.

AND SOMETIMES THE HARDEST PART IS LOOKING BACK.

He did so little.

And you did so much.

And looking back, there may be parts of your relationship history you feel embarrassed about—not because wanting love was embarrassing, but because you can finally see how much you were doing to keep relationships going that were giving you so little back.

Of course you're exhausted.

Look at how hard you've been working to make a relationship happen with someone who wasn't putting in the same effort.

And it's not like you haven't tried again.

You've taken breaks from dating. Told yourself you were ready. Met someone new. Let yourself get excited.

Only to end up crying over another man you really thought was going to be different.

And after all these years, you still can't look back on a relationship and say:

“That was healthy. I was deeply loved. I felt good about who I was in that relationship.”

Every time you put yourself back out there, your history comes with you.

And every heartbreak takes something with it.

TRUST IN YOUR JUDGMENT
“I really thought this one was different.”
TRUST IN YOURSELF
“I told myself I wasn't going to do this again.”
TRUST IN DATING
“Why does this keep happening every time I put myself back out there?”
TRUST IN THE POSSIBILITY OF LOVE
“What if it just isn't going to happen for me?”

And the cycle starts to feel painfully familiar.

“Maybe this time will be different.”

You meet someone. You like him. Things feel promising. You let yourself get excited.

“Wait... what changed?”

The texts slow down. His effort changes. Something feels different, and you don't know why.

“Maybe I can fix it.”

You reach out more. Give him more time. Try not to be needy. Make excuses. Tell yourself to be patient.

“How did I end up here again?”

It doesn't become what you hoped. You're hurt, questioning yourself, and trying to get over someone you really thought might be different.

You're not just tired of bad dates.

You're tired of what dating has cost you.

TIME · ENERGY · SLEEP · CONFIDENCE · SELF-TRUST · HOPE

And then there's the question you almost don't want to ask:

“What if there's actually something wrong with me?”

You don't want to waste another three months of your life on a man who was never going to give you the relationship you wanted.

Your time is precious. Your energy matters. And you're tired of giving so much of yourself to something that leaves you feeling like you have nothing left.

You want someone who's just as excited about building a relationship with you as you are with him.

You want to be loved deeply, completely, and unconditionally.

You want to know what it feels like to really matter to someone.

CONSIDERED. · PRIORITIZED. · INVESTED IN. · KNOWN. · CARED FOR.

Loved in a way you don't constantly have to question, investigate or decipher.

You don't want to become better at endlessly dating.

You want dating to finally lead to the love you've been looking for.

But what if everything that's happened so far isn't proof that you're not good enough?

Maybe your dating history doesn't mean what you've thought it means about you.

MAYBE THERE'S ANOTHER EXPLANATION

What if you don't need to work harder for love?

You've spent so much time trying to figure out what you need to change about yourself to finally be loved.

Maybe you need to be prettier. Thinner. More interesting. Less needy. Less emotional.

Maybe you need to stop showing how much you care. Be easier to get along with. Want less. Ask for less. Become more of the woman you think he wants.

And when things still don't work out, you wonder what else you need to fix about yourself.

But what if finding and keeping a healthy relationship requires something entirely different from what you've been working so hard to get better at?

Think about it.

If you grew up in a family where love came with conditions, where your feelings weren't always welcome, or where you never saw two people loving each other in a healthy way, what did you actually learn about relationships?

And if the relationships you've experienced since then have only reinforced what you learned growing up, where were you supposed to learn anything different?

You may have spent years trying to become good enough for a healthy relationship without ever having been shown how to have one.

Not because there's something wrong with you.

But because you can't be expected to know something you've never been taught.

What if the reason you haven't found the relationship you want isn't that you haven't become enough?

What if you've simply never been prepared for the kind of love you've been trying so hard to find?

This is where our work together begins.

Here's How We'll Work Together

FIRST

Your Personal Dating Diagnosis

First, we figure out why.

Sometimes the hardest things to see are the very things keeping us from getting what we want.

We'll take a close look at your dating history, the relationships you've experienced, and what you've come to believe about yourself and love.

Together, we'll identify the blind spots that may be contributing to the results you've been getting.

So you can finally understand what may have been getting in your way instead of continuing to wonder what's wrong with you.

THEN

Your Personalized Dating Plan

Then, we make a plan for you.

We'll use what we discover during your Dating Diagnosis to create a dating plan specifically for you.

One that considers your life, your experiences, what you want in a relationship, and what you personally need help with.

And as things change in your dating life, we'll adjust your plan together.

No one-size-fits-all dating rules. A plan made for you.

AND FINALLY WE PUT YOUR PLAN INTO ACTION

Here's Where Things Start to Change.

Now that we understand what's been getting in your way and have a plan specifically for you, it's time to start doing things differently.

And we're going to work on two things together.

First, we'll prepare you for the kind of relationship you want.

We'll work on how you see yourself, how you handle the emotions that come up while dating, and the skills you'll need to build a healthy relationship when you find one.

And we're going to help you meet men in real life.

I'll teach you my signature dating app-free method so you can start creating opportunities to meet men without swiping, matching, or relying on dating apps.

You won't have to wait until you feel completely ready to start dating. We'll work on both throughout our time together.

TWO PARTS. WORKING TOGETHER.

Relationship Preparation

Learn how to build a relationship where you don't have to work so hard to feel loved.

Through Identity Repair, Emotional Rehabilitation, and Relationship Skills, we'll work on why you keep putting your needs last, questioning whether you're enough, and giving so much of yourself to relationships that leave you feeling unwanted, unappreciated, and emotionally exhausted.

01 — IDENTITY REPAIR

Imagine going on a first date without mentally editing everything you say so he'll like you.

Getting dressed for a date without picking yourself apart in the mirror.

Not spending the entire evening wondering whether you're pretty enough, interesting enough, or whether he'll like you.

Feeling attractive, confident, and secure in yourself—and having that confidence become so familiar that you don't have to work so hard to believe it.

That's the Date-Me Energy we'll work on developing.

Identity Repair is the process of recognizing and changing beliefs that make it difficult to see your inherent value, worth, and loveableness.

We'll identify those beliefs and create a personalized belief plan to help you practice new ones.

The goal is for feeling confident, attractive, secure, and comfortable being yourself to become increasingly natural—not something that depends on whether a man gives you attention.

No forced affirmations or pretending to believe things you don't.

02 — EMOTIONAL REHABILITATION

Imagine not spiraling every time a man takes longer than usual to text you back.

Being able to like someone without immediately worrying about how badly things could end.

Getting a text that makes you nervous without spending the rest of your afternoon replaying every conversation.

And knowing that even when dating brings up difficult feelings, you can handle them without losing yourself in the experience.

Sometimes what happens during dating brings up emotions connected to experiences from childhood or previous relationships.

We'll work on recognizing those emotional responses, understanding what's underneath them, and learning how to experience difficult feelings without letting them automatically determine what happens next.

Not by pretending the past didn't hurt or forcing yourself to think positively.

But by developing a healthier relationship with your emotions.

03 — RELATIONSHIP SKILLS

Imagine saying no to something you're uncomfortable with without feeling guilty afterward.

Knowing what questions to ask, how to recognize genuine interest, and when someone's words and actions aren't adding up.

Feeling comfortable expressing what you want instead of worrying that you'll scare him away.

And when you meet someone special, knowing how to communicate, build intimacy, and work through disagreements together.

We'll practice the skills that matter while dating and once you're in a relationship.

That includes recognizing reciprocal interest, communicating your needs, establishing boundaries, handling uncertainty, building emotional intimacy, and working through disagreements.

The goal is to help you enjoy dating while learning how to build and maintain a healthy relationship.

THE DATING APP-FREE METHOD

Meet relationship-ready men in real life.

Yes, You Can Finally Delete Those Dating Apps.

You're sick of swiping, matching, and having the same conversations with men who disappear after three days.

And you're probably wondering how you're supposed to meet anyone without them.

That's exactly what I'll show you.

I've developed a dating app-free method to help you create opportunities to meet relationship-ready men in real life.

You'll learn where to meet relationship-ready men, how to make genuine connections, and how to turn those introductions into dates—without relying on an algorithm.

And you'll have me helping you put it into practice.

You won't just learn how to date without apps. You'll have a plan for actually doing it.

Think About How Much Dating Has Already Cost You.

Not just the dates that went nowhere.

But the months you spent getting to know someone who wasn't looking for the same thing you were.

The hours you spent replaying conversations, wondering what you said wrong.

The emotional energy you invested trying to make something work with someone who wasn't meeting you halfway.

And then there are the emotional hangovers.

The weeks, sometimes months, it takes to recover from someone you were only dating for a little while.

Trying to get your confidence back. Trying to stop thinking about him. Trying to feel excited about dating again when you're still emotionally exhausted from the last experience.

What if you didn't have to keep learning everything the hard way?

Imagine recognizing sooner when a man isn't looking for the same kind of relationship you are.

Knowing what questions to ask before you've spent months getting attached.

Feeling confident enough to walk away from something that isn't right for you without questioning your worth.

And knowing how to work through difficult emotions so that one dating experience doesn't leave you emotionally unavailable for the next six months.

That's part of what we're working toward in Dating After Dysfunction.

Not eliminating heartbreak, rejection, or difficult feelings.

But helping you protect your time, preserve your emotional energy, recover more effectively when things don't work out, and invest more of yourself in relationships that have the potential to become what you actually want.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR 25 WEEKS

You Won't Be Doing Any of This Alone.

Weekly Dating Success Sessions

Private, one-on-one Zoom sessions with my undivided attention.

Bring the date you're excited about, the man you're unsure about, the conversation you're nervous to have, or whatever has been weighing on you.

You'll have a judgment-free place to talk everything through, with personal guidance from someone who knows your story and is fully invested in helping you find and keep a healthy relationship.

Direct Support Between Sessions

You don't have to wait until our next Zoom session to ask a question or get help with something happening in your dating life.

You'll have direct access to me for support between our weekly sessions.

Personal Matchmaking & Vetting

While you're learning how to meet relationship-ready men through my dating app-free framework, I'll also be looking for potential introductions on your behalf.

And when you meet someone you're interested in, I'll personally help vet some of your potential matches, so you have additional support as you get to know him.

Imagine Going on a Date and Actually Enjoying Yourself.

Instead of spending the entire evening wondering whether he likes you.

Meeting relationship-ready men in real life, without spending another night swiping through dating apps.

Feeling comfortable being yourself, knowing you don't have to become someone else to be loved.

Being able to express what you want, ask the questions that matter to you, and recognize when a relationship is giving you what you're looking for.

And when you meet someone you really like, feeling confident that you have the skills to build a healthy relationship together, without losing yourself in the process.

That's what we'll be working toward together inside Dating After Dysfunction.

WHY THIS WORKS WHEN NOTHING ELSE HAS

What If You Haven't Actually Tried Everything?

You've tried not texting first.

You've tried being more understanding when he says he's busy.

You've tried giving the man you weren't initially attracted to a chance because maybe you've been too picky.

You've tried being more open, more patient, more confident.

You've deleted the dating apps. Downloaded them again. Promised yourself this time would be different.

And you're still single.

So when someone tells you there's another way to find a healthy relationship, I can understand why your first thought might be:

"What could possibly be different about this? I've already tried everything."

But have you?

Or have you tried everything you know to try?

Knowing Better Doesn't Always Mean You Know How to Do Better.

You know you deserve a man who makes an effort.

But when the man you really like disappears for four days and then texts you on Friday night, you're relieved to hear from him.

You know you shouldn't have to convince someone to want a relationship.

But you're three months into seeing someone who still doesn't know what he wants, and you're wondering whether giving him more time would make a difference.

You know you're worthy of love.

But when another man stops calling, you start wondering whether you're pretty enough, interesting enough, or just too much.

The problem isn't necessarily that you don't know these things.

It's that knowing them hasn't made it any easier to respond differently when you're the one with feelings involved.

And that's a very different problem from needing another dating tip.

Because You Can't Fix a Broken Arm With a Band-Aid.

Think about all the dating advice you've tried.

Don't text him first.

Don't get attached too quickly.

Raise your standards.

Stop ignoring red flags.

Love yourself more.

And while some of that advice might be useful, it doesn't necessarily address why you're struggling with those things in the first place.

It's like putting a Band-Aid on a broken arm.

You might cover up the problem, but you haven't addressed what's causing the pain.

If you believe you have to earn someone's love, being told to stop chasing men doesn't change that belief.

If rejection makes you question whether you're good enough, being told to have more confidence doesn't automatically change how you see yourself.

And if you've never experienced a healthy relationship, being told to choose better men doesn't necessarily teach you how to recognize one, let alone build one.

That's what makes my approach different.

We're not just working on what you're doing when you're dating.

We're getting curious about why you're doing it.

And through Relationship Preparation, we're working to address the underlying beliefs, emotional experiences, and missing relationship skills that may be contributing to the very experiences you're trying to change.

Because I don't want you to spend the rest of your dating life memorizing rules about how to respond to men.

I don't want you to spend the rest of your dating life second-guessing every text, questioning your worth when a man pulls away, or wondering what you're doing wrong. I want you to feel confident in who you are, know what a healthy relationship looks and feels like, and have the skills to build one that lasts.

You Haven't Tried Everything. And That's Good News.

You've tried doing what you thought you were supposed to do to find love.

You've tried being the woman you thought men would want.

You've tried figuring things out through experience, often at the expense of your time, confidence, and emotional energy.

But have you ever had a personalized plan for finding a healthy relationship, a practical way to meet relationship-ready men without dating apps, and a private coach helping you put it all into practice?

Because that's something different.

And maybe you don't need another five years of dating experiences to figure out what you could begin learning and practicing now.

You don't have to keep trying harder at the same things.

You can try something you haven't tried before.

MEET YOUR COACH

This photo was taken the day
I knew something had to change.

About ten years ago, I was sitting on the side of the road crying in my car.

Stefanie Marianné in her car on the day she knew something had to change
This was
the day.

I had just dropped a man off at the airport—a man I'd spent years chasing. I had finally told him I was in love with him, and he told me plainly that I was fun to sleep with, but he would never be with someone like me.

And then my car broke down.

So there I was, sitting on the side of the road, devastated by what this man thought of me.

But if I'm being completely honest with you?

Feeling terrible in love wasn't exactly new for me.

And sitting in that car, I knew I didn't want to keep living like this.

Not just with him. With love.

For a long time, I thought the problem was me.

Maybe I wasn't attractive enough. Maybe I needed to lose weight. Maybe I was too available, too emotional, too interested.

Maybe if I could just figure out what men wanted—and become more of that—someone would finally want to build a life with me.

So I tried.

I made myself available. I pretended to be okay with things I wasn't okay with. I tried to be the easygoing woman who didn't need much, didn't ask for much, and never made things complicated.

I spent so much time wondering whether a man liked me that I barely stopped to ask whether I liked the way he was treating me.

I wasn't really getting to know someone. I was trying to make sure he wanted to keep getting to know me.

And that realization changed the question I needed to ask.

Not, “What do I need to change about myself so someone will finally choose me?”

But, “What do I actually need to learn to have the kind of relationship I want?”

And that's what I spent the next ten years of my life figuring out.

I wanted to understand why something I wanted so badly—a healthy, loving relationship—had felt so difficult to find and maintain.

So I started asking different questions. I spent years studying relationships, doing my own personal development work, examining what I'd learned about love growing up, and helping other women make sense of their experiences.

I was determined to break the patterns I'd grown up with. And the more I learned, the more I began to recognize something.

What if the problem wasn't that we were bad at love? What if we'd simply never been prepared for it?

Think about it. So many of us grow up without seeing what a healthy relationship actually looks like. We enter adulthood wanting love, but carrying beliefs about ourselves, emotional responses, and ways of relating to other people that we never consciously chose.

And then we wonder why relationships are so difficult.

As I continued doing this work, I began to see three things that made an enormous difference in my own life.

Identity Repair. Changing the way I thought about myself, so I could stop approaching love as something I had to earn.

Emotional Rehabilitation. Learning to understand and respond to my emotions instead of allowing fear, anxiety, or old experiences to make my decisions for me.

Relationship Skills. Learning how to communicate, express my needs, recognize healthy behavior, navigate conflict, and actually participate in the kind of relationship I wanted.

Because believing you're worthy of love doesn't automatically teach you how to communicate with a partner. Knowing how to communicate doesn't necessarily mean you'll feel safe enough to be honest about what you need. And learning to manage your emotions doesn't automatically change what you've come to believe about yourself.

They work together.

That became the foundation of what I now call Relationship Preparation.

Not another set of dating rules. Not a strategy for convincing someone to choose you.

A way to become prepared for the healthy relationship you've been wanting all along.

Master Certified Dating & Relationship Coach

Today, I work with women who know what it's like to be on the other side of that experience.

Maybe you've told someone you're fine keeping things casual because you were afraid telling him the truth would mean losing him.

Maybe you've watched another woman be loved so openly and wondered what she has that you don't.

I know how personal those questions can become.

And I also know that getting another man to choose you isn't necessarily going to answer them.

That's why my work focuses on preparing you for something much bigger than getting someone's attention.

The actual relationship.

I don't want to teach you how to become better at being chosen.

I want you to be able to go on a date and actually enjoy getting to know someone instead of spending the entire evening wondering whether you're making a good impression.

I want you to feel comfortable saying what you want without immediately worrying that you've scared him away.

I want you to recognize when someone is genuinely interested in building something with you—and when you're the only one trying to make something happen.

And when you find someone who's right for you, I want you to know how to let him know you, communicate with him, receive his love, work through the hard conversations, and build a relationship together.

You want someone to share your life with.

The dinners. The grocery runs. The conversations on the couch. The holidays. The ordinary Tuesday nights.

Someone who knows you, cares what happens to you, and wants to build a life with you.

You want THE relationship.

And that's what I want to help you prepare for.

FAQ

Before you decide,
let's talk about the things
you're probably wondering.

Including the questions you might feel a little weird asking.

REAL QUESTIONS.
HONEST ANSWERS.

These are the questions I hear most often from women who are thinking about working with me.

If there's something else you're wondering, bring it to your call. I want you to feel clear, informed and supported before you decide if this is right for you.

I hear this so often, and it makes complete sense that you might feel this way.

Your dating experience has shown you a particular sample of men, in particular environments, while dating in particular ways. After enough painful experiences, it's understandable that your brain starts turning what you've experienced so far into a conclusion about what's available to you.

Dating After Dysfunction isn't about positive thinking or trying to convince you that “there are plenty of good men.”

We're interested in helping you gather different evidence.

We work on how you meet men, where you're meeting them, how you evaluate them, how you give access, what you do when you really like someone and how you choose.

As your Relationship Preparation grows, the way you participate in dating changes too.

Your experience so far is real.

It just doesn't have to be the only evidence you ever get.

You're already investing in your love life.

Your time. Your energy. Your heart. But what are you getting back?

WHAT YOU'VE BEEN DOING

WHAT YOU CAN BUILD WITH ME

Your time

Hours swiping, matching, starting conversations that go nowhere. Getting dressed for dates with men who aren't looking for the same thing. Spending months hoping someone will eventually want more.

Your time

Learn how to meet men in real life, recognize who wants the same kind of relationship you do, and decide who is actually worth getting to know.

Your energy

Trying to figure out how interested to seem. Whether to text first. Whether asking what he's looking for will scare him away. Asking your friends for advice, then second-guessing yourself anyway.

Your energy

Instead of trying to figure out what to say or how to act to keep his attention, learn how to be yourself, ask for what you want, and find out whether he's right for you, too.

Your heart

Getting attached to someone who isn't offering what you want. Agreeing to keep things casual when you want a relationship. Going back after you said you wouldn't. Then wondering why you're still single when you've tried so hard.

Your heart

Understand why you've accepted less than you wanted, learn how to recognize those moments sooner, and practice making different choices—even when you really like someone.

You've already worked really hard for love.

What if the time, energy, and effort you're investing actually helped you prepare for the relationship you want?

Still have a question?

Let's talk about it.

The best way to know if this is the right fit is to have a real conversation.

You Still Have a Love Story to Live.

Someone to come home to. Someone who looks forward to seeing you, considers you when making plans, and genuinely wants to build a life with you.

A relationship where you can be fully yourself. Where love, care, and effort go both ways. Where you don't have to work so hard just to feel wanted.

And you don't have to become someone else to have it.

You've spent enough time wondering why love has been so difficult for you. You deserve the opportunity to experience what you've wanted all along.

You can't control when you'll meet the man you'll build a life with. But you can become prepared to recognize, receive, and build a healthy relationship when you do.

I'd love to help you get there.
